Business Continuity

Monday, 9 June 2008

Business continuity is essential if you have had problems such as loss of your data or fire destruction of data. Business continuity Plans are constructed in a comprehensive, practical and user-friendly style to provide tangible responses and project management solutions to implement in crisis situations. Our Business continuity plans clearly identify recovery paths and options, it will buoy staff morale and establishes team roles in a crisis situation and finally the continuity plans will ensure a competent response to any disaster situation.

First of all we have to identify all the risks and notify them, this will give organisations the opportunity to implement the disaster prevention and risk-reduction recommendations from our business continuity team. Whether these recommendations are instigated or not will have a major impact on the subsequent content and strategies of the Business Continuity Plan.

Business Continuity Management involves the development and maintenance of contingencies that, in the event of an incident, will ensure subsequent interruption to business is minimised. Procedures can be as simple as ensuring that relevant staff have access to premises outside of working hours, or as complex as the relocation of staff to alternate offices.

Plans are constructed in a comprehensive, practical and user-friendly style to provide tangible responses and project management solutions to implement in crisis situations. The plan concludes in a Disaster Recovery Manual.
